Gotham360 was co-founded by Jennifer Kearney, Richard Card and Sean Mullen, who collectively have over 40 years of experience in energy business. We manage energy portfolios for some of the largest institutions, internationally. While we serve the needs of very large businesses, we are small enough to provide highly customized, high-quality service for each of our clients.
As a full-service energy advisory firm, Gotham 360 develops and executes comprehensive energy strategies for our clients. Because we understand both the supply and demand side of the energy equation, we can deliver savings that might otherwise be overlooked.

RICHARD CARD, Partner and Co-founder
Before joining Gotham 360, Richard was a regional sales manger for Constellation NewEnergy, New York. While he was responsible for P&L of the entire New York sales force, he also managed the sales plans of 15 people in the deregulated electricity marketplace across all vertical markets. Richard became the highest producing business developer in the country, responsible for the largest growth period in the company’s history producing revenues in excess of $1B.
Prior to that, Richard was with Texaco Inc., performing financial analysis and creating business plans for multiple technologies including Coal Gasification and used oil recycling, Dallas, TX; Bankers Trust Company; and Oil and Gas Banker. And as a loan originator, he also executed multiple transactions in the independent energy marketplace highlighted by a $250 million reserve acquisition. Richard holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Dartmouth College. His acute understanding of the retail power market is unequaled.

JENNIFER KEARNEY, Partner and Co-founder
Prior to forming Gotham 360, Jennifer served as director of energy programs for New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the largest not-for-profit, non-sectarian hospital in the country. In this role, Jennifer managed a $70 million energy procurement portfolio including power, renewables, natural gas and fuel oil. In addition to procurement of supply, Jennifer was responsible for the development of a comprehensive energy program to include conservation, demand response and green building initiatives. Her efforts resulted in savings in excess of $6 million, and recognition by the EPA and the UD Department of Energy as the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for three consecutive years.
Jennifer has both authored and been the subject of several articles published in national energy journals. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, she is actively involved in major industry associations and currently serves on the board of directors for the New York Energy Consumers Council.

SEAN MULLEN, Partner and Co-founder
Prior to becoming a co-founder of Gotham 360, Sean was a principal in a national energy consulting practice, which served the energy and sustainability needs of the large commercial and industrial market segments. Accomplished in all facets of the energy supply chain, Sean brings over 15 years of energy experience to bear on behalf of his clients, most notably; seven years as a major accounts manager for the largest power supplier in the US. He is a member of the NY Energy Consumers Council, and a proud participant in the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He holds a bachelors degree from Boston College.

SHEILA SWEENEY, Senior Energy Policy Analyst
Sheila Sweeney is all about energy - she has devoted 19 years worth of it to the energy business in public and private sectors. With a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University under her belt, she applies her knowledge and skills to every project and company she lends herself to. As a program manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and for the NYC Economic Development Corporation in the early '90s, Sheila helped to merge third party financing opportunities with innovative energy efficiency measures, including those for new construction.
Since 1997, her project management, market and policy research, strategic analysis, and presentation skills have helped health care and institutional clients earn over $65 Million in direct benefits from NYSERDA and NYPA. In addition, Sheila's analytical contributions to critical rate and restructuring cases have accelerated markets for demand response, reserves, onsite generation, and Smart Grid deployment around the US since 2006. Sheila has been working with Gotham 360 as the senior energy policy analyst since January 2009. Hard to believe, but even after everything Sheila's done, she still has plenty more energy to spare! |

LAURIE PALASZ-WILLIAMSON, Director of Support Services
With over 5 years experience in the energy business, Laurie currently serves as the point person of our Support Services Group. In this capacity, Laurie is responsible for the day to day management of our client information needs, and has direct responsibility for our Energy Dashboard Platform. An integral part of the G360 team, Laurie brings an work ethic and drive that is the envy of our customers and competitors alike!
Prior to coming to G360, Laurie worked at Vornado Realty Trust for two years, where she gained valuable insight in to the world of commercial real estate operations, from the largest company in the industry. She holds a Finance degree from Finance from William Paterson University.
She is also a fan of the New York Yankees. But we don't hold that against her! |
