The Client is a national hotel chain with 250 sites, all of which have deregulated energy procurement overseen by Gotham 360.
The Challenge for this client was high annual utility costs and Gotham 360 was brought in to help alleviate those high expenditures. Gotham 360's objectives in this pursuit were to assist the client in the following:

The Solution Gotham 360 developed for the client consisted first of evaluating the pre-existing energy contract and assessing future products and purchasing strategies. As Gotham 360 worked closely with the client’s Senior Management, the risk tolerance and overall corporate energy management goals were outlined.
Next, Gotham 360 gathered historical account information for each property, identified suppliers interested in bidding, served as the interface between the client and the eligible suppliers, solicited rounds of competitive bids from suppliers, negotiated contract terms with “short-listed” suppliers, and engaged in continuous discussions about market dynamics and timing of contract execution. Finally, Gotham 360 helped the client evaluate the “best and final” bids and facilitate contract execution.
In addition, Gotham 360 has helped the client save energy costs through superior data accuracy, more efficient bill processing, improved data access, bill auditing and verification, and concise and informative reports.
