WISE - Women in Sustainability and Energy
Building Energy Exchange’s Women in Sustainability and Energy (WISE) is a forum for women professionals that are thought leaders in the energy and sustainability fields and are accelerating sustainability programs and energy agendas through collaboration and sharing of ideas and knowledge. Capital Insights Thought Leadership Program
The Capital Insights Thought Leadership Program is a part of the Kogod School of Business for American University located in Washington, D.C. Gotham 360 is an active member, joining a number of groups from sectors ranging from advocacy to customer consortium, governments, law firms, project developers, and public and private financing. NYSERDA Standardization of CHP Contract Terms and Conditions Project
Gotham 360 President Jennifer Kearney has been invited to participate in this prestigious program who’s mission is to develop materials that may serve as independent guidance for benchmarking whether an overall project is a fair and equitable deal. As a participant, Kearney will lend her expertise in joining other key stakeholders focused on overcoming obstacles to the broader implementation of CHP. Pace Center for Energy and Climate is a key stakeholder in this initiative and selected G360 as a recognized leader in the CHP industry. Support for Clean Energy Legislation
Part of Gotham 360’s outreach is participating in letters of support for clean energy legislation such as the coalition letter organized by the Alliance for Industrial Efficiency. The letter supports the “HEAT Act” provisions contained in Section 2311 of the Energy Policy Modernization Act (S. 2012). Gotham 360 joined 94 other signatures from businesses, labor, clean energy, and environmental organizations in their commitment to encouraging the use of combined heat and power (CHP) and waste heat to power (WHP) to enhance U.S. manufacturing competitiveness, increase energy efficiency, and improve the environment.
