This Pro Tour will bring attendees to Creston Avenue Residences, a LEED Platinum Certified, 66-unit development with 21 units set aside for chronically homeless adults. This building, designed event host Magnusson Architecture and Planning, is one of the few Platinum Supportive Housing buildings in the US. It is also the first building funded by the New York State Medicaid Redesign Team Housing Capital Program. Attendees will learn about the project's design and funding history, social and environmental goals, sustainable features, and the first three years of performance data.

  • 38 kW Roof-mounted Solar PV Array
  • Green roof, including rain-water harvesting system for irrigating onsite landscaping
  • High-efficiency boiler, PTAC units, low-E thermally broken Energy Star windows, continuous exterior insulation to generate savings within operation budget
  • Brick and metal panel façade punctuated by vertical shade structures
  • Special materials include: formaldehyde-free products and low-VOC paints, sealants and stains, bamboo flooring in apartments, gypsum board with a high amount of post consumer recycled content and concrete using 30% fly ash.
