Before forming Gotham 360, Jennifer served as the Director of Energy Programs for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the largest not-for-profit, non-sectarian hospital in the United States. In that role, Jennifer managed a $70 million energy procurement portfolio including power, renewables, natural gas, and fuel oil. In addition to procurement of supply, Jennifer oversaw the development and construction of an 8MW synchronous cogeneration system, which was the first of its kind in the borough of Manhattan. Her efforts resulted in savings of over $11 million annually, and ongoing national recognition by the EPA as an ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year.
Leveraging her expertise in the healthcare space, Jennifer founded Gotham 360 to support other healthcare organizations with strategies for the development and deployment of energy programs based on combining established best practices with innovation in the implementation of new technologies. Clients from the higher education, industrial, multi-family, and commercial sectors soon followed, and today, Gotham 360 is recognized as a groundbreaking, woman-owned business addressing complex challenges in energy management, efficiency, resiliency, and sustainability.
Jennifer has both authored and been the subject of several articles published in national energy journals including Cogeneration & Onsite Power Production, Breakthrough, and Healthcare Facilities Management. She sits on the Advisory Board of Enterprising Women magazine and is committed to the empowerment of women globally in both her professional and personal life.
Sean Mullen brings more than two decades of deregulated energy transactional experience to Gotham 360. In his role, Sean is the go-to expert for energy commodity market forecasting, analysis, and the implementation of energy procurement strategies tailored to fit each client’s unique risk profile. Sean has executed commodity transactions across the United States in each of the twenty-four states that are presently deregulated.
Sean specializes in developing and conducting retail energy procurements for Gotham 360's largest clients including commercial REITs, universities, and hospitals. His broad expertise includes physical commodity hedging, energy risk management, comparative cost/savings analyses, load aggregation, budget preparation and forecasting, energy contract assessment, landlord/tenant energy cost evaluations, and governmental/utility energy conservation programs. He has extensive knowledge of utility tariffs, bill analysis, and the processes required for assessing and maximizing the benefits from the deregulation of electrical and natural gas utilities.
Before joining Gotham 360, Sean served as the Major Accounts Manager for the United States' largest power supplier, providing him with an unequaled "behind the scenes" view of the retail energy business. Sean also served as Energy Account Manager with Trigen Energy in Boston, where he was responsible for the commercial installation of steam and thermal services for the Boston distribution system. Sean possesses a CEP Certification from the Association of Energy Engineers and is a recognized Associate Member of ISO New England.
Aaron Miller is a partner at Gotham 360 and is responsible for new business development, as well as project management and client relations for ongoing engagements. Aaron is spearheading Gotham 360’s expansion into the Cannabis energy market.
Aaron adds over thirty years of design and project management experience to our firm. The countless hours he has spent designing, wiring and installing systems of all types and sizes bring great value to our clients. Whether outfitting a residential skyscraper with an automation system or commissioning a single piece of equipment, Aaron has a unique ability to focus on tasks at a granular level, while maintaining a holistic perspective of the project at hand.
Prior to joining Gotham 360, Aaron served as a project manager for one of New York’s premier home automation and low voltage design firms. In this capacity, Aaron worked closely with architects, developers, engineers, MEP’s, designers and contractors to shepherd projects of all sizes through completion. His intimate knowledge of large scale, high-end residential development in Manhattan dovetails perfectly with Gotham 360’s deployment of Real-Time Energy Management solutions and Distributed Energy Resources across all sectors.
Aaron graduated from Duke University with a degree in Cultural Anthropology, with concentrations in Biological Anthropology and Music. Aaron is an AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP).
Senior Director, Energy & Sustainability Programs
Sarah Gilly is the Senior Program Director for Energy and Sustainability Programs at Gotham 360. In her role, Sarah leads our program management team, drawing on her experience to compose Climate Action Plans, manage greenhouse gas portfolios, and oversee accounts for some of New York City's largest energy consumers. She has been instrumental in developing initiatives to improve sustainability on college campuses.
Prior to Gotham 360, Sarah gained experience in the energy and utilities industry through her work as an analyst at a utility bill auditing firm. There she built a thorough knowledge of utility tariffs and billing practices that allowed her to help secure hundreds of thousands of dollars in client savings. In this position, Sarah fostered relationships with utilities, third-party suppliers and regulatory bodies, and communicated the technical aspects of cost-saving opportunities to clients including large real estate management companies, hospitals, and universities.
Sarah graduated from Barnard College with a degree in Environmental Policy. She is an AEE Certified Energy Manager, AEE Certified Energy Procurement Professional, LEED AP for Operations & Maintenance, and an ISSP Sustainability Associate.
Director, Energy & Sustainability Programs
As the Director of Energy and Sustainability Programs at Gotham 360, Ashley oversees numerous accounts across a variety of industries, including healthcare, higher education, and commercial real estate. She manages greenhouse gas portfolios, composes Climate Action Plans, and guides energy efficiency improvements through oversight of building retrofits and implementation of new technologies.
Ashley draws on her background in consulting to work with clients to achieve their energy and sustainability goals. Prior to Gotham 360, Ashley consulted with major NYC transportation agencies to define energy and sustainability goals, identify initiatives to help achieve goals, and monitor progress using comprehensive reporting and dashboards. She has an extensive data analysis background and worked with clients such as the NYC Department of Environmental Protection to analyze utility usage and identify savings. Ashley also has experience improving sustainability in higher education; she worked at the Cornell University Office of Energy and Sustainability implementing energy efficiency projects and increasing student engagement in sustainability through social media, events, and dorm competitions.
Ashley graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainability Sciences, with a concentration in Environmental and Resource Economics and an Applied Economics minor. She is a certified LEED Green Associate.
Director, Data Science
As Director of Data Science at Gotham 360, Eve monitors and analyzes energy consumption data for university, medical center, and financial institution clientele through the management of comprehensive energy dashboards. Eve generates data visualizations and reporting to proactively deliver actionable insights to clients including opportunities for cost-saving.
As a master’s student in applied data science and urban informatics at the NYU Center for Urban Science and Progress, Eve studied analytics and data science in the urban context. At NYU, Eve conducted projects to study the rate of return to residential solar photovoltaic panel installation and to investigate the potential for adoption of microgrid technology in NYC. Eve gained valuable experience in responsible data management as a research assistant at the Governance Lab at NYU, where she created a data responsibility framework to guide data protocols for the public and private sectors.
Prior to beginning graduate school, Eve worked as a digital analytics consultant where she planned, implemented, and maintained analytics implementations for global brands. Eve has an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Virginia with a minor in biomedical engineering.

Maria Ferrato is an Energy and Sustainability Programs Manager at Gotham 360. She monitors and analyzes energy consumption of university, medical center and financial institution clientele, through the maintenance of comprehensive energy dashboards.
Based in Toronto, Ontario, Maria is spearheading the Gotham 360 expansion into the Canadian market. Maria delivers purposeful results for our clients across all sectors, with a keen focus on the market forces and regulatory structures that affect the energy decisions of Canadian institutions. She brings high energy and charisma to our team with a proven record of generating and maintaining strong client relationships.
Prior to joining Gotham 360, Maria worked with Legend Power, a green power technology innovator.
Maria graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, earning a degree in Marketing & International Business. She is an Emerging Green Professional.
