Gotham 360 is a full-service energy consulting and management firm located in New York City. We craft tailor-made energy solutions for our clients – focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, clean on-site power generation, energy resiliency, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and energy procurement.

The Gotham 360 Story

Founded in September 2007 by Jennifer Kearney, Gotham 360 is a WBE Certified Woman-Owned Business that provides a holistic, 360-degree approach to energy management. We support many of the largest hospitals, universities, government agencies, hospitality providers, and real estate developers in North America. Our team is passionate about implementing energy efficiency, sustainability, and resiliency measures for buildings, reducing operational costs, and managing risk for our clientele. Environmental stewardship is at the heart of our company.


Our Organization

As a national energy consultancy, we provide a wide range of services from energy procurement and efficiency retrofit upgrades to the deployment of fuel cells, combined heat & power, and solar and battery storage projects.

With our roots in New York, we have successfully expanded our service offerings nationally – entering deregulated energy markets such as Colorado, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, as well as internationally in Ontario, Canada. Our offices are located in downtown Manhattan at 48 Wall Street.

Founder of Gotham 360, Jennifer Kearney, received the honor of becoming an Advisory Board member of Enterprising Women, a prestigious group comprised of a the world's top women business owners and corporate representatives. Advisory Board members are considered the "eyes and ears" of the publication, providing the editorial staff of Enterprising Women with valuable input regarding conferences, outstanding women entrepreneurs, and a network of valuable business alliances.

The Building Energy Exchange provides support for the building industry through energy and lighting efficiency education, technical exhibits, critical research and networking opportunities. Gotham 360 is a regular attendee and participant at many of their programs and was a key sponsor of the WISE (Women in Sustainability and Energy) series. This series was designed to showcase women leaders who are accelerating the sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings and cities.

 

Gotham 360 is a pre-approved member of the Con Edison Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Efficiency Program Market Partner Network, an elite list of experienced energy efficiency contractors, distributors, and professionals available to commercial and industrial customers. As a Market Partner, Gotham 360 is trained to provide technical support for the installation of energy efficient equipment and assistance with the application process.
